We are on UFO full fibre 900 our landline phone worked since May 2023 since it was installed, but now it has a the engaged tone all the time, we can’t make or receive calls. I went on Talk Talk chat after 2 hours on there it was decided to replace our router & Grandstream, this arrived yesterday we set up the new equipment the phone still has engaged tone the blue phone light on the Grandstream flashes on & off every second saying the line is engaged.
could you offer some advice please?

Hi Glynnis,
I'm sorry to hear this. There was a VOIP outage that started on Friday but was resolved over the weekend. Are you still experiencing this fault at the moment?
