@ALItalk, there's no option but to wait for a staff reply tomorrow - they are on here first thing in the morning, but they do work through a queue of issues.
Please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. You need to go via your avatar; settings...add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
