Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar; settings. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information and scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
It might be quicker on Chat if you keep initial responses less specific, in order to get through to an adviser. Let us know how you get on.
If you still need help through the community, those profile details must be completed for forum staff to identify your account.
