I have last caller barring turned on in My Account and I do not use call safe but when I call 14258 after receiving a spam call I get a message saying the service is not available. How do I get this to work ?

It is still showing in My Account and I still get the message saying the service is not available if I call 14258.

Is it still showing as active in my account?
If not then reapply it. Instructions here
If it is active then let us know so staff can look into.
