Manage Call Boosts

How do we cancel a £16 charge for a calls boost which does not appear in our manage our add ons and boosts?

It's a fault in My Account that has been intermittent (therefore an annoyance and a nuisance....) for a couple of years, @Housemartins.

The quickest resolution is just to get a support agent to remove it for you via phone  / Chat.
