As stated in the heading and chat cuts me off straight away so please help as this service is driving me mad

Everything is connected and lights on. I reset the Voix yesterday and made no difference. If I phone the designated number REMOVED my iphone states number not recognised. On chat yesterday a chatter from talk said with my landline call 1017 which I did and the reply on the landline was recorder voice saying number REMOVED  I then got moved on to another team!  All up the wall .

Is there a phone currently connected to the digital voice adapter at the moment please? What lights are currently on the DVA?

That is correct and it seems my package does not allow for it but I amended days ago and was informed it was live but it is not I yesterday chatted for hors and got nowhere and registered a complaint as on chat you get nowhere and get moved to a new team have to start all over. The system stinks and should sorted on first contact rather than passing on and getting nowhere. That is I posted on here to hopefully getting a real troubleshooter that deals with it.

Can I just check, is your broadband working ok, it's just the voice/VOIP service that's not?

I have  the Eero connected and the square voice box that I have reset and does not function

I have had many chats recently that have lasted hours and hours. I moved to fibre and did not realise that I would lose yhe landline. After many hours chatting again it was alterred to fibre with voip . I got a communication yesterday it was up and running via message. It is up and running like a reboot but does not eneble phone line even though the message said it was . TTRying to chat again the chat window goes back to a chat a week ago and then states conversation closed! I really now am close to cancelling all and going elsewhere . A chat system is no way to deal with help or customer service more so when it does not function

Can I just check, do you have FTTP?

 

Are you using the WIFI hub or the eero?
