My phone hasn't worked for some time now. I have run a line test which suggests that there is no fault.
I've tried a different phone - no change.
I tried the master socket - no change.
All I get on the phone display is check the line cord.
I recently had a fault with my broadband and the engineer that fixed it suggested that the fault may be at the exchange.
It really needs an engineer to check my line at the exchange

Hi, ferguson , to answer your question no I haven't. I've tried online chat but just went round in circles because line tests show everything is fine. Even my broadband is working well.
