I have not been receiving calls on my landline for a few days, my last incoming call was Monday 4th November at 15.47.
When I call home from my mobile my landline just rings out, but it is not ringing at the house phone.
I have tried a second telephone but it is still not ringing.
I have removed face plate from master socket and tried both phones in the test socket, there is no dial tone at the test master socket on either phone.
I have run a health check on my services using your Service Status health check and it shows no issues.
No new devices have been added to the system and nothing has been changed regarding any settings at this end.
Broadband is working fine, if anything it might actually be slightly faster than usual.

Line tests have detected a fault so we have requested an engineer to go out to the exchange in the next 48 hours.
We can check the fault ticket on Wednesday for an update
