My connection went live on the 7th but my phone is stating number not in service I’ve ran a connection test on tt site but not issues found

Hi Charma,
I'm sorry for the delay. This socket should have a test socket. If you gently squeeze the sides then the faceplate should lift away slightly to reveal a socket in the bottom corner. Please lift the faceplate gently as there may be wires connected to the back. Could you then test the phone directly at the test socket please.
