Hi, please please help, I’ve exhausted all online options and get nowhere calling the ‘help’ centre.
so over the course of 2 days I started to lose landline and broadband was intermittent and now nothing, line is dead.
I have tuned off and back on.
I have plugged a known working phone into the master socket and nothing.
no internet or landline.
Logged into my account and chose test line options and have a oops there was a problem screen.
phoned help line and they reckon they have tested the broadband and it’s ok when obviously isn’t.
what do I do?
