I currently am not able to make or receive calls. I have tried all the suggestions. I have had this problem before and eventually was told it was a problem at the exchange.
I am very frustrated not only that I am currently without a landline but also that there does not seem to be a straightforward way to report a fault.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I can see that this fault has been raised to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer. We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 24-48hrs.
