Number of sessions exceeded

When I try to log on to my TalkTalk account I received this message-

'The maximum number of sessions has been exceeded for your account. Please logout from other clients and try again. (SES-0007). Please advise.

Rebooted and still the same message.

By the way in this authorisation process, you send and authorisation code to the e-mail address which I cannot access!

Hi @Martshrop Not seen this before, I'd suggest rebooting your device, phone, tablet, computer? Then try again.
