Phantom Phone Calls since switching to Digital Voice

Switched to digital voice last week and are now receiving phantom phone calls. My phone is showing missed calls every 20 mins or so and I have to keep deleting them. Apparently its a common problem for TT Customers.

Hi Debbie, it looks as though your change has resolved the issue. If there are anymore phantom calls I will let you know.

It is a known issue, the support team should be able to apply a fix when they pick this up. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
