My landline phone number has changed, but broadband access still available.
In TT MyAccount my correct number is still shown. Please can someone sort this out for me?

Thanks for your email. I have edited my profile and it shows my correct number and in the Notes section I've put the wrong number.
I've tried 17070 three times, latest timed at 15:47, and I still have the wrong number.

Hi Enid,
It sounds as though you may have a crossed line. Can you dial 17070 from your landline and check the number read back to you. If the number isn't yours can you add it to the private notes section of your community profile and let us know when you've done this
