I am surprised to receive an email from you saying that I wish to leave your services for my telephone. If this has come from EE then they are wrong to send it as I have today merely updated my broadband contract with them. Please clarify for me.
You cannot separate your phone and broadband services, they are bundled together.
From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
