Since upgrading to full fibre, utilising the router provided by the installation engineer, I, like many others, am seeing, on my landline telephone call logs, an incoming call every 30 minutes. While the phone does not ring, the call is registered and is proving tiresome deleting 48 entries every day to stop the phone memory getting clogged. I have spoken with your help agents but to date the problem still exists. What is the solution please?
