Telephone cable to house

Hi

The photo show the fractured box on the house where the cable from the telegraph pole is connected.

Wires are open to the elements and phone signal is intermittently dropping.

I have spent hours on the phone being shuffled back and forth from TalkTalk to Open Reach, both denying responsibility to repair. How do I break this deadlock?

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a voice and a broadband line test now which are both clear. The connection also looks stable for just over 10 days. Just to confirm, when did you last experience the drops in connection please? Do they seem to be weather related? Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone?
