Upgrade to Full Fiber but where do I connect the phone?

Hi
I am not sure I missed something when doing the upgrade I am pretty sure I did mention I wanted to keep my telephone number and still use the home phone but as I just received the eero (which by the way I am not going to use) my existing Hub (which is what I intend to use) does not have a phone port. I understand that there is a version 2 of the Hub that has a phone port.
Now my question is, with my upgrade (Full Fiber 150) will I still be able to keep my home number as I had the impression I was told it was possible.
If possible, would you be able to provide me with a Hub 2 instead of my current Hub and the eero all together, dont mind sending it all back if you prefer.
Thanks

Yes Chris and by the way BT Openreach was meant to be here already today, is it possible to chase them to see why they not coming yet?
Thanks

Thanks Chris
Can this be corrected? I had the impression we agreed for both when speaking with sales.
What would be the additional cost if there is?

Hi compu,
It looks as though the order is for data only so no digital voice service (VoIP)

Thanks Gliwmaeden2, do you know if the voip service is included in the Full Fiber 150 package or there is an extra cost? Also will the number stay the same?

If they can't swap out the eero, you should be sent a Digital Voice Adapter for using your phone, @compu.
But I understand that it's possible to use the Hub2 instead with Full Fibre150.
Staff will be back during the day to check the details of your order.
Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.
