My email correspondence address is listed differently from the one you send the bills to every month. This 'correspondence' email address is an address I have never used and never have access to! Where has it come from? When I try to renew the contract Talk Talk sends it to the wrong email address every time & not the one I use to pay the bills. Why can you not use the one I've been paying the bills with and receiving my statement with for years? How do I renew when I can't get a contract even though you do have a working email address for me?

Just phone 03451 720088 [closes 6pm Saturday, then open Monday to Friday till 7pm] or use Chat, @Dee-S.
You'll usually get a better deal that way anyway.
Ask to speak to the Loyalty team.
Inform them about changing the correspondence address if you are unable to alter it yourself.
