My email correspondence address is listed differently from the one you send the bills to every month. This 'correspondence' email address is an address I have never used and never have access to! Where has it come from? When I try to renew the contract Talk Talk sends it to the wrong email address every time & not the one I use to pay the bills. Why can you not use the one I've been paying the bills with and receiving my statement with for years? How do I renew when I can't get a contract even though you do have a working email address for me?

No, it won't let me change the correspondence address only the existing billing address.

Yes. The email address I used to log in is the same one as you use to bill me and taht one is correct. Tiscali have been defunct for about ten years or more.

The email address in question was used to sign up in 2014, is the corrrect address the one in you have used to log into the community?

Just phone 03451 720088 [closes 6pm Saturday, then open Monday to Friday till 7pm] or use Chat, @Dee-S.
You'll usually get a better deal that way anyway.
Ask to speak to the Loyalty team.
Inform them about changing the correspondence address if you are unable to alter it yourself.
