Hi please can you help? I have False "Missed Call" every 30 minutes. This started happening when I moved to full fiber. Looking forward to your help.

Hallo @Debbie-TalkTalk whatever change you have done worked like a charm. No unwanted missed calls for over the past 2 hrs from about 08:44 today. Thank you.

So please give it up to a great staff of Talk Talk @Debbie-TalkTalk . People like you should be dotted all around the world and the impact will be phenomenal, as lives will change for the better.

A big thank you to @Gliwmaeden2 for been a champion communicator in the community putting the mind of others at rest.

I've now made the change to resolve the issue with the missed calls.

 

I will check in again with you on Friday to make sure that this issue has been fully resolved.

Do you have a FTTP connection? I'm still struggling to connect to your router.

 

Could you send me a Private Message with the serial number from the back of your router?

@JLY4ever, you'll need to keep an eye out for staff replies during the day tomorrow. 

 

They are generally on here from an early breakfast time but done by c 5pm, so not into evenings / overnight or at weekends. Just Monday to Friday.
