Hello my landline phone is not working. I get dialing tone but not ringing sound to person called also when I am called can hear nothing

Can you try resetting the Digital Voice Adapter by following the guidance at :
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Digital-Voice-Adapter/ta-p/2815435
Once reset, it may take about 15 minutes to fully connect before you can retest.
