I am unable to make or receive any calls on my land line. XXXXXXXXX
PERSONAL INFORMATION DETAILS REMOVED for security reasons.
Pleas e do something as this is now becoming a serious matter, as I am 87 and dependent on a working phone.

@jAgUar20h, when staff pick this up, they will need to identify your account.
I've removed the personal information details from public display.
These must go instead in your profile area which only you and staff have access to. Otherwise you can get plagued by scammers, especially if you also mention your age alongside your phone number and real name.
Really important to be very careful with your information.
Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu, choose Personal Information. That's where your landline number needs to be. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond during the day - possibly Friday now, and not over the weekend.
