its always in the test socket there are two sockets one where there phone is plugged in and one where the router is plugged in it only fits in one.

Openreach have just closed the fault as resolved. Please can you retest this morning?

I can see that the line engineer was investigating this fault yesterday afternoon. Did the engineer contact you?

This fault is still with the Openreach line engineer, there are no further updates at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I can see that this fault has been escalated over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

I will keep checking on this fault for updates from Openreach and I will post back on this thread.
