as you know i have no landline. it was stated there was a need for a BT engineer to attend my property an appointment was made for this morning but nobody turned up and i still have no landline.

You need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu, choose Personal Information. Add your Talktalk landline phone number. SAVE CHANGES.
Some staff support is being provided on here today and tomorrow. Back to service as usual from Tuesday.
