Callers to our landline have been reporting that the line was constantly engaged. We had the same issue recently, resolved via this site. At that we were unable to access voicemail. This time we cleared the voicemail without a problem, but now callers on our landline go straight to voicemail - no ringtone or engaged tone. Once more, any help appreciated!

Can you power off all equipment for 30 minutes, including the router and ONT, then power everything back on and retest please.
