All calls to the landline seem to go straight to my mobile phone number and we have not requested this. It started when we had a new talktalk router installed by their technician

I can see that there is a divert on your line, it says that it was set up because you had total loss of service, is this not the case?
Can you confirm that you would like us to remove the divert and we'll do this for you

Check that Call Divert is not selected in My Account, @Melfanwy1969.
