Last week my landline telephone connection was plagued by heavy interference. On Sunday it was lost completely. Thankfully my broadband connection operates. I have tried contacting TalkTalk through "concerns@talktalkplc.com" but get nowhere. I depend entirely on my landline for telephone contact - I do not have a mobile because, with my poor hearing, I cannot hear what a caller says. My landline phone has a built-in amplifier. I am not in a position, therefore, to phone TalkTalk while the company's website gets me nowhere. Can anyone help ?

All tests are clear, so no obvious issues showing. Have you tried another handset to rule out a fault with this ?
Also, do you know if you have 'Test Socket' ?

So that I can locate your account on our system and pick this issue up for you, please can you add your Account number or Home phone number to your 'Community Profile'.
I can then run some tests on your line to see if it shows an issue.
