phone line isn't working

House phone can't make or recieve calls. Beeps and fails to call any number I put in.

 

When trying to my house phone via my mobile it shows "Line Busy"

Thanks for confirming that you have the wifi hub 2. Have you tried rebooting the router to see if there is any change?

The phone is plugged into the router port which reads "Phone"
There is no adapter. Phone > Cable > Router.

Is there any hope that you could just call me on my mobile? This has got to be the worst way to fix technical issues.

Thanks for confirming. Which router do you have please? (make and model) Is it plugged straight into the voice port on the back of the router and not via a separate digital voice adapter?

No idea what VOIP is.

Phone is plugged into router. Internet works fine.

House phone cannot make or recieve calls.

Thank you. Can I just confirm, are you using the VOIP voice service? Is the phone connected to the wifi hub 2 router or the eero?
