My phone stopped working 2 or 3 days ago Today I can make calls but not receive them
I have turned everything off and on a few times and reset the voice adaptor.
What is going on?

Phone now working. I now have 3 blue lights on my DVA. I only had 2 previously

The phone is still not receiving calls. It has been faulty since Tuesday!!

Apologies for this.
This fault should now be resolved following a fix put in place by our Network Team.
Our Network Engineers have asked if you could try resetting the DVA again please, holding the pin in until the leds on top start blinking simultaneously.
