Recently while in the middle of a phone call the line just goes dead and you have to re dial the phone nubmber again this has now happen three times. Also the line is cracking.

Hello,
Thanks for confirming. If you're using the Wifi Hub 2 then you shouldn't need to use the separate digital voice adapter. Have you tried rebooting the wifi hub?

I'm really sorry to hear this. Are you using the eero with the digital voice adapter or the Wifi Hub 2 router for the voice service please?
