Our voip home telephone disconnects itself.  I have changed the handset to no avail.

Hi Graham,

 

If you have the wifi hub 2 then your telephone plugs directly into the router, you don't need to use the digital voice adapter. Is your telephone currently connected to the green telephone port on the router?

set up guide heading 'know your wi fihub 2 and there’s also a 'digital voice adaptor'

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, do you have the Wifi Hub 2 or the eero with the Digital Voice Adapter please?
