Our voip home telephone disconnects itself.  I have changed the handset to no avail.

I too have had many calls just drop off. Most embarrassing and very very inconvenient. - like today when was on the phone to my doctor!

 

I have tried other handsets too.

I have the eero 6 hub.

 

what can I do?

Hi Graham,

 

If you have the wifi hub 2 then your telephone plugs directly into the router, you don't need to use the digital voice adapter. Is your telephone currently connected to the green telephone port on the router?

set up guide heading 'know your wi fihub 2 and there’s also a 'digital voice adaptor'
