Good Morning. I have been a loyal TT customer for 16 consecutive years. Some time ago as part of a then new contract I was given a TT Mobile SIM card with free calls texts and data to a given limit with the promise that this would remain for as long as I was a TT customer.
I still receive monthly online TT mobile bills showing a small credit.
I have not used the TT SIM for a while as my old mobile phone stopped working and my then new mobile phone wouldn't accept the old TT SIM card as the card was too big.
I believe the new phone SIM is known as a NANO SiM. Please advise how to get ghe card replaced.
