As far as I'm aware TalkTalk mobile do not offer new contracts.

I use Lebara for my phone and they have some very good deals. Mine is £4.80 every 4 weeks for 5gb data and unlimited texts and calls. There are other deals available out there if you check comparison sites.
Just one thing though, you need to check if your phone is locked to a certain network, then check the network Lebara or whoever you choose uses to make certain its compatible.
