Cannot log on to my account

For the past few days I cannot log on to TalkTalk website to access my account. I have tried using my email address and also my mobile phone and do receive a secure access code but this is the message I get when I attempt to use it.
“Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in… “
