Casnnot log in to My Account

Today I cannot log into My Account, either using email/password or email/verification code. It just bounces back to the login screen. Was working fine last week.

 

This is on both Firefox and Edge, Windows 11, no adblock.

Hi, I have tried as you suggest but still get the same issue. I'll leave it a day and see if it resolves itself.

@lockedoutagain We are aware of some the issues our customers are experiencing with using MyAccount and the team is currently working on fixing it. The issue has been resolved with some customers could you please tr6y to clear you cache and cookies and re-attempt to login.
