For about two weeks I’ve been getting a message in the My Security section of My Account, saying that we’re experiencing technical issues. I need to remove the child safe features as I have blocked a website that is preventing me from authenticating my work account. Also my girlfriend is mad that I blocked most social media platforms!

Hi jonnerevans, kidsafe is turned off in your MyAccount. Is it still affecting your website access?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
