Phishing email??

I just received an email entitled ‘New Pending Messages’  the message body says that the server has detected errors delivering messages to my inbox due to the synchronisation delay. Click on View Returned Messages below to retrieve these messages.
There is a brown box ‘View Returned Messages.’

message ends with
‘Thanks for choosing us’
SERVICE TEAM

I suspect it is not genuine. Can anyone confirm?
