Following a routine scheduled security scan a notification appeared advising that 1 harmful item had been found but FSecure was unable to deal with this. According to the report the item was as follows:-Trojan:W32/Geninflated.B (the file path is listed on the report and I can submit this if necesssary).  My questions  are, as it appears this Trojan can infect my PC and potentially hold it to ransome, can it safely be removed and if so how.  Also, is it still safe to continue to use my PC for day to day activities, such as checking emails and online enquiries?

Many thanks for your kind attention
