FAST 5464 ROUTER

BT are asking me to do a network assessment test for a business phone but it doesn't work and their troubleshooting says that sip alg should be disabled.

I've logged into the router but there no ui in the router for this.  Is it possible to turn it off and if it is, where is the setting?

It is disabled, but the setting is not exposed to the UI, so you couldn't enable it if you wanted.
