What site are you on when you see this message, @Warbs?

Are you actually signed into any particular account?

What router are you using?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Check that your router WiFi security settings are at least WPA2-PSK with AES. Otherwise, don't worry about it too much. If you tell us the devices/router/broadband service you have I can move this to a more appropriate section for further advice.
