Hi, when I try to add a website to the kid safe allow list it does not work and a message is displayed:

"There was a technical error. We’re sorry and working hard to resolve this. Please try again later."

It has been happening for about a week

I have retried many times.

Same problem happens on three different devices (phone, tablet, PC) and three different browsers (chrome, edge, Firefox)

Anyone else having this problem?

Hello there @Tim99, please note that I have investigated this matter and can confirm that there is currently an issue with HomeSafe that we are aware of as we also have our engineers currently working towards resolving this matter.

Hi there @Tim99, let's work on this. Just to understand this matter on a clear, you would like to access only one particular website. Correct?

That's a shame, I suggest leaving now till the experts are in on Monday, sorry I couldn't lead you to a solution. I'll keep an eye open.

@Divsec I tried it with and without the prefix but it doesn't make any difference, the error still happens

Hi @Tim99 I wonder if the http or HTTPS prefix has an impact?

@Divsec, thanks. I just tried again and the error is still happening. However, I then tried adding a different site (just picked one at random) and it worked ok. But for the site that I actually want to add, it's not working. So it seems like it depends on the address

Hi @Tim99 I just tried to block a site and the process worked ( didn't block the site, maybe takes a while to propogate) in that I had no error messages. This in Android using Chrome.

Have you tried again recently?
