Hi, When I go and view my security settings (I'd like to check if Homesafe and Kidsafe are active or not) under Profile & Settings > My Security Settings I get the following error:
There was a technical error
We’re sorry and working hard to resolve this. Please try again later.
Any idea why? I've been getting it for around 2-3 weeks and assumed (wrongly) that it would be something which would simply go away!

@dal1978 I have found the update, please remove and re-add the kidsafe.

Hi there @dal1978 there has been a known issue affecting some customers with managing their security features. I will just check if we have an update about it.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
