Fsecure, which is Supersafe, is no longer supported on Windows 7.
You would need to upgrade to Windows 10. Whilst Microsoft no longer give a free upgrade, searching the web, there are ways to do this. However, be wary as some sites have jumped on the bandwagon and may not be fully legitimate and compromise your security, which is why I am not giving you a link to an upgrade site.
Equally though, support for Windows 7 itself ended in 2020, so your system has not been receiving security updates either.
