Hi there its James Sharp my talk Talk account number is REMOVED FOR SECURITY I haven't received my tv hub yet can you let me know when I will receive it? Thanks

I have removed your account number for security as you should not post personal info on an open forum (see later).
Did your package include at TV Hub at point of sale as the package titles are generic and include aspects that may be added to the contract. There is a separate charge monthly for the Hub. Does this how separately on your bill or contract letter?
Support staff can check this for you and you are in their queue for a response.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
