Hi,
Our Talk Talk TV box will now not support Netflix or ITV Hub, and is extremely slow to respond to inputs. I have reset multiple times - both complete and soft resets. Is there a way we can replace this with a more up to date unit?

Yes, @cjvod.
The new box won't have the facility to record, though.
You need to contact Talktalk directly during the day to discuss the replacement and adjust your contract to reflect this.
