Can’t remove the language choices

Hi, I’ve got the language choices on the side of the screen and cannot for the life of me get it off the screen! Seems stuck on there. Anyone had this issue?! Thank you!

Sometimes the settings menu sticks 

 

Only way I've found is to disconnect from the mains and restart the box 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry there are plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly if you do not obtain the answer you require.
