I wish to cancel my TV service add-on, which is says I can do at any time. However when I try to do it in my account, it says Ineed to phone. Is there a way to do this online?

@ferguson yes I know not part of the broadband contract and can be cancelled, but we've been advised it's a change to the contract as agreed, and as communicated by email, and can only be removed by phoning.

@fr8ys Sorry to contradict you my friend, but TV services are not part of the broadband contract and can be cancelled at any time.

No, it's deemed part of your contract and contract changes can only be done by phoning.
You may also be asked to return your box, in which case a returns bag will be sent.
