Why do they make it so hard to leave them? Because their service is rotten and substandard, and they want to make money out of their customers!
It's like holding people to ransom without an easy option to escape! 😞
I'm not in love with TalkTalk, and I'm hating them more and more.

@Riman2021, you either do a One Touch Switch [but still check that TT knows about it] or you walk away with 30 days' notice, best done by phoning 03451 720088.
It's the Loyalty Team that you need to speak to.
If you use Chat, you need to catch a phone call back as only the phone team are authorised to process the cancellation.

All forum staff can do is check that a cancellation has been processed and is going through. They won't be back on here before Monday.
